SMS Logistics is one of the leading logistics service providers in India for more than six decades. This was established in 1954 by Late Shri A. Kandasamy Gounder as Thirumurugan Transports. In the early 1990s, there was rapid growth & Thirumurugan Transport emerged as SMS Logistics led by his son Mr.M.K. Palanisami Gounder. SMS Logistics is presently led by Mr.P. Selvakumaran his grandson. We specialize in the logistics services of Tyre, Egg, Milk, Glass, Oils, Butter & Ghee. SMS Logistics, has 30 plus years of experience in transporting a variety of goods Pan India. The company has headquarters in Bhavani, Eorde – Dist, Tamil Nādu. Presently 25 staff are employed, with 15 full-time employees and 200+ long and short haul drivers.

SLA is continually monitored using GPS tracking in all vehicles. Details of each trip are recorded and assessed to ensure the safety of the drivers, vehicles and goods transported.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

We are committed to ensuring that the cargo of our customers reaches all destinations safely and without any setbacks. Similarly, the health and safety of all our employees is very important to us. In this regard, extensive occupational Health and Safety procedures have been implemented, and all Health and Safety regulations are strictly adhered to. We have implemented a strict Alcohol and Drug Policy, and random checks are implemented throughout SMS Logistics on all personnel. A policy of “No Tolerance” is enforced.
